  4. QOD: under for sure …..always and its for the same reason towels and facecloths have to be folded and stacked properly 🙂 its just wrong otherwise 🙂

  5. QOD: Over. Like Vanessa, i WILL change your TP roll if it’s under. I cannot comfortably unroll and tear off a piece if it’s under… that’s an issue.
