QOD: No real reason but I have come to a realization that my performance over the years is usually the lowest before the Open. So the Open is what kicks off my training for the year.

Qod, I sign up for the open because it is amazing! If you enjoy crossfit at all, then u will absolutely love the open. It is just like a regular class, but energy levels and support from everyone is amplified 10 fold! So if u haven’t signed up yet! Get on it!!!! You won’t regret it!
