I need to figure out my 1RM DL. 85 felt easy but that was 50% of my theoretical 1RM. Mid-WOD I realized I did 135 multiple reps during the open so I should of when BW (which would of been 125 on a regular day… not today post-Easter sugar lol). Next lab…
Managed to hold on to 45# KBS… they were not pretty!! working on that mental block. that was the hardest part of the WOD for me.

QOD is easy. 1 horse-sized duck. Why fight 100 opponents if you can fight just one.
Because! How scary is a large flying duck (Imagine its beak!) 100 lil pony’s are nothing ! They’d be like Chihuahuas.
Right, that’s what I was thinking. If I had no weapons, I couldn’t fight a horse-sized duck. One jab at me with it’s beak and I’d be done. 100 duck sized horses though, surely I can kick 100 times and win the fight. A couple roundhouses would take out 3 or 4 at a time.
