    I wasn’t going to go for a run, because. or maybe after work. but Im glad I did . I went around that baseball diamond. which was a little over 2 times for 5, 3 minute rounds.

  5. Didn’t want to do this but I did.!!

    Total distance 4.55 km.
    This would be way easier for me if there was no minute rests. Was harder to start up each time

  6. Nursing a heel issue so was told to ruck versus run. Didn’t really pay attention to the distance (oopsie) but went for 23 minutes with 20#.
