    I got to 125# once ( I had to do it because Cara did it πŸ™‚ I started talking midway and then couldn’t get it for 2nd rep…. I was going to try it again but we had 30 seconds left.

    My middle name is Elizabeth the same as 95% of the females in my high school grad class

    I’m so happy that I PR’d today as its my last day until Christmas!!!

    I wanted to thank everyone who bought treats and suffered through my terrible fundraising wod I would not be getting on plane today with out all your support!!!!!!!!! Thanks and I’m sad that I will no longer be bringing you treats on Friday because the next two weeks I’ll be in Africa!!!

      It makes me wonder why they use their middle name instead of their first name. So many possibilities! Awful first name. Running from the law. Already a “insert first name here” in the family.

    55#-60#-65#-65# (started struggling a little) – 65#-70# x 1, then adjusted, put my hands a little wider and got a second rep – 70# x 1
    I think my 1RM was 70#, which I did 2x, so new 1RM is 75#?
