OK Guy’s, I have to confess;
Yesterday a friend begged me to go try a zumba class with her, which is a dancing “workout”, so i went to try it…the worse part is that it was a Newbodys, and I almost puked a little bit when I walked in there, seeing all the people with their mp3’s, just going at it on all those machines! MAN I love crossfit and would never go back there!! π
OK now I need a spot @ 4:15 or 5:30 if someone cancels!

Yeah I went rock/wall climbing for the first time After the 6:30 work out tonight.
It was fun as hell! But HOLY CRAP are my hands shredded! Thankful that I have the weekend to recover.
Climbing is all about grip strength, well not all about. But a lot about that.
