    I ate not too bad for those 3 days in St-John’s, but didn’t exercise at all. That WOD is a good one to get back in the mood! 🙂

    45-55-65-75-80 PR It felt OK, I was more stable then last time! 🙂

    WOD: AMRAP in 15 min of:
    -10 Push Press #65
    -20 Box Jump
    -30 squats

    Total: 5 rounds
    Didn’t felt really good tonight. My back was tired (and me too). Long week..but now it’s the weekend!! 🙂
