    Time : 21:11 (used 35lb kettlebell, 45lb for thrusters, did all handstand push ups)

    It was a good one… a really sweaty one… and not as bad as I thought. Good job everyone:)

  12. did my own little frankenchipper up in beresford today – aka ‘the sprint triathlon’

    750m swim 18:17
    21.5km bike 40:11
    4.95km run 24:47

    total time including transitions 1:23:14
    good for 34 of 76 overall (men and women), 8 of 22 women, and 2 of 9 in my age category.

    had been hoping for about 1:20 but my swim and transitions were a bit slow.

    and the heat on the run was CRAZY! but i had janine in my sights so i had to get her! nice swim girl! i hope you didn’t get too jelly fished – that was nuts how many there were!
