We’re going to be running a food drive again this year. We’ll have a box in the warm-up room. Please bring in anything you can spare for the people that need it. Donations will be taken until Sunday. Thank you!

    WU – 95 x 3, 115 x 3, 135-155-175-185 – 195 x 1, was ugly, but a #10 PR!

    Need to work on form, staying on heels.

    Wrist were not having it.

  15. Build up to heavy C&J – went to 115. No wrist discomfort!

    Wod @ 65# – 7 rounds + 3 HSC. Done this wod at 75# before but didn’t want to risk my wrist. 65 was a good choice for it, but future me; if your wrist is no longer an issue, do 75 again.
