    worked on 2RM back squats a bit
    85×5 (wu)
    95×2 100×2 110×2 115×2 120×2 then stopped because my knee was sore

    3km row: 13:55 (wednesday’s wod scaled to row – wanted to try it)

    Group wu – Up hill truck pull!!!
