Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Good Mornings, 45 pounds
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball @ 10′
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Bench Press 15RM

    Every 20sec – 1 Muscle-Up, until failure
    – 8 reps
    … hard after high-rep bench press, will retry it when fresh

    Wall Balls 20#/10ft
    2×40 reps unbroken (rest as needed btwn)
    … second set was hell at about 22-23 reps.

    12 mins Couch Stretch (alt. leg every 2 mins)
    12 mins Fig-4 Stretch (alt. leg every 2 mins)

    Knee raises for the K2E
    Singles for the Doubles

    30 Good Mornings, Stick
    30 Wall ball shots, 6# @ 10′
    30 Burpees
    30 x 3 single skips

    Time: 19:03. Need to gather up nerve/practice for higher box; next time 35# for KBS and more for Wall Balls. However that was the first time I felt my form was actually correct for wall balls; so happy with that.

    Was terrified of this class, cancelled my class back in December out of pure fear; and almost did the same today … glad I came 🙂

    Almost 3min slower than last time, that’s ok after this weeks burpeefest, I’m just happy I showed up! Lol. oh and I didn’t use the rubber ball for my wallballs, that slows me down a bit, (you’re welcome Amanda)

    Time: 38:14. (Over the cap but I just had to finish.) previous times – Nov/09 42:36 & Dec/11 37:25 – both with singles.

    First time doing 50’s RX’d, I’ve always scaled the doubles and was going to today, but Heidi wouldn’t let me give in – thanks Babe!

    Thanks very much Kevin greatly appreciated, thanks to you I’m healthier & fitter at 50 then I was at 40!

    Great energy today which made this day so special for me, thanks everyone and I hope you enjoyed the cake.

    Time: 21:43

    Which is 2 seconds slower than when I did it in Dec/14. However, last time I did step ups instead of box jumps, KBS at 25#, Push Press and Good Mornings @35#…so I’m pretty happy 🙂

    Cashout: 800m run (23/30) Yes, I still did it after that extremely sweaty WOD. I don’t know if I have ever felt less like running before. It was pretty gross. I got a mouthful of bile/ puke when I got to 200m. I don’t think I have to sign the wall though as, TECHNICALLY, I was outside the gym 😛
