Started at sit-ups. That probably helped my score. Didn’t keep track of reps at each station but kept a running total. I think I had about 30 sit-ups and 45-50 squats each round. Pull-ups and push-ups killed me!
Who knew bodyweight WODs could be so tough (and effective)?? ๐
