Fight Gone Bodyweight

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of β€œrotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep.

    Squats and sit ups were my best scoring stations.

    = 6 min 30 something… maybe… looked up the clock but didnt write it down…

    WOD (started on squats) = 91 + 92 + 97 = 280

    Cashout = Tabata planks, 5 rounds

    Good crowd today, fun times! Body is aching for a rest day though… Good job everyone!

    3 rounds of max reps in 1 min at each station of:
    Rest 1 min

    Rd 1: 127
    Rd 2: 118
    Rd 3: 117

    Total = 362 (miscalculated at the gym, thought it was 352)

    Started at sit-ups. That probably helped my score. Didn’t keep track of reps at each station but kept a running total. I think I had about 30 sit-ups and 45-50 squats each round. Pull-ups and push-ups killed me!

    Who knew bodyweight WODs could be so tough (and effective)?? πŸ˜€
