Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

LOVE the picture!!
Me too! 🙂
1) super cute pic!!
2) omg!! first time since I joined that I’ll be doing the same WOD for a second time! But of course, I love my book and I wasnt posting on the site at the time… darnit!
We meet again Fight gone bad.
Total 211.
Wall-ball, 10 pound ball, 10 ft target
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35 pounds
Box Jump, 20″ box
Push-press, 35 pounds
Row
Started at the SDHP. Not sure how smart that was as I usually score high on the box jumps and that was hard to do after the SDHP. Had a slight mishap on the box jumps (sorry shins). Other than that. Good WOD! Almost lost my breakfast mid-round 3.
And Wall-Balls are still my #1 goat… urg.
Good job Val!! You had a good pace. I don’t think you rested at all during each of the rounds. I hated calling the no-reps on the wall balls. I think it was 3. I have a greater apprecition for he judges now.
Haha. If its no rep its no rep. I don’t take it personally.
I think I called no rep to myself in round 1.
Thanks for keeping track for me!

Amazing score Lance you’re certainly killing the WOD’s lately.

Thanks, Coach Corinna and Score-Keeper Tania! 🙂
This WOD completely kicked my butt (of course, I wasn’t doubting that it would…) but I really liked it. I’m also interested to see how I fare the next time this comes around, as I was running on less than 3 hours of sleep (woke up at 1:30AM and could not, for the life of me, get back to sleep again).
Wod:Fight Gone Bad:197 scaled
35lb bar for the lifts, 8lb wallball and step ups 20inch box.
Make it stop! I was 3 reps short of 200. On my drive home I was thinking to myself…one extra calorie each round on the row would have done it, one wallball each round would have done it..one Sdhp.. lol. Help me think of something else! Make it stop. Lol
Thanks Corinna for being so organized this morning. It went off without a hitch.

Started with the Row
Row: 12-11-10
Wall Balls @ 14#, 9 ft. target: 26-20-17
SDHP @ 55#: 19-19-15
Box Jumps @ 20″: 19-20-22
Push Press @ 55#: 17-17-16
Total Reps = 260
SDHP really sucked! I stepped quite a few of my BJ’s today, as following the SDHP, my legs were toast. I think it turned out to be good strategy for me though, as I was able to constantly to keep moving rather than taking breaks.
Fun to be at a Saturday WOD & see some new faces. It’s been awhile.
