    Jacob was a wildman on the mini bikes …got warned to slow down a few times :o)

    i hadn’t done 7s before so i wasn’t too sure how to start the first 2 – but 170 felt pretty darned heavy for 7.

    WOD: 3 rounds for time
    50 45# SDHP
    21 burpees
    50 walking lunges

    time – 18:53

    BRUTAL! 🙂
    i’d like to add that jeanette and i did a mod version of this last night (500m row, 21 burpees, 5- 15# OH walking lunges – time: 20:43) i didn’t think i was going to beat that time once i started the SDHP but i gave it all i had to try.

    NOTE: i was such a flake on the drive home that i should have had a ‘stay back 50m, pass at own risk, intermittent speeds, general lack of focus’ bumper sticker 🙂

  7. Deadlift: 7-85lbs 7-115 lbs 7- Stop because I didn’t feel well.

    WOD: 3 rounds for time of:
    50 SDHP with a kettle bell(1 pood)
    21 Burpees
    50 Lunges

    I did 2 rounds + 25 lunges. I know, I had to stop 25 lunges before the end, but I wasn’t able to breathe correctly. I used to do asthma. Last time it happens to me I was in High school (5 years ago). Hopefully we won’t have this wod for another 4 years. That was pretty rough!
