      1. Gab it’s everything! Wednesday’s 26:57 killed me… but in the regular CF good way. So, I didn’t tweak my back again, I’m just out of practice and hurting hurting HURTING, from Wed. Good to go on Mon.

    Heading to the wine tasting tomorrow afternoon. I’m afraid I may have to pack a straw, as lifting the glass could be painful.

    Did 225 to work on form. Being to greedy

    The location in the gym where I do my WOD’s seems to be a factor that allowed me to beat Gabriel again to today. I was in the middle of the gym and he was stuck in a bad spot ( for him ) at the back of the gym. Maybe we’ll switch places next week.
