  4. Attended at CROSSFIT BATHURST
    Warm up:20 clean and jerks
    20 push ups
    20 box jumps
    Strength: clean 35-45-55-65.3-3-3-3
    WOD: “Death by pull-ups” BUSTED PR BIG TIME!! SO excited 18PR (last time i reached 8)big improvement (green band). Also busted my hands big time 0( oh well it was worth it.
