This one is no joke. It takes a lot of physical and even more mental strength to finish this one.

Option – Half distance and reps (GOOD OPTION!)

    Scaled for my shoulder, can’t hang or go overhead at the moment. No matter how you tackled this one it’s no joke. Great work everyone!
