Come on out to celebrate CrossFit Moncton’s 8th birthday tomorrow. There will be a Hopper WOD at 10am, followed by a BBQ at 11am.
For the new folks, July is Ladies Month! CrossFit has taken some of their infamous workouts named them after ladies. After all, anything that leaves you laying on your ass in a pile of your own sweat deserves to be named after a lady.

They are great to use a benchmarks to help measure your progress over time. Each time you do it, you can see how you’ve improved. Or, they could make you very aware of some weaknesses you may have.

Run 800 meters
30 Kettlebell swings (70/53#)
*45 min cap (may not continue next round if you haven’t left for the run at 36 min)
This one is no joke. It takes a lot of physical and even more mental strength to finish this one. Many people score 3 rounds, so scale accordingly.
