    Very discouraging as this is no where near my 1RM. However, I haven’t done heavy deadlifts since March. It’ll be a slow build-up.

    Did the first 21 ring dips unassisted and the rest with yellow band since I was worry not to finish the workout in time. I was surprise how ‘good’ the squat clean was feeling (first 21 in 3min).
