    Tried to show Elba a new burpee technique a couple hours after Saturday’s wod and hurt my left shoulder. Used the box with the ring rows, very good sub as they weren’t easy.

    Felt dizzy and light headed during/after strength so took it easy during WOD. Also, first time with ring dips so didn’t want to kill myself. Still feeling ill now. I am probably catching what all my students have…booooo!!

    There’s something wrong with my lower back, I’m getting it checked on Wednesday – it doesn’t hurt, but it was fatigued way before my legs this morning. That doesn’t seem right to me?

    I guess the ring dips are coming along. Used 95# because saturday’s WOD and yesterday’s shoveling made me cautious about my back. Good thing too, got a bit tight somewhere in round 2.
