Min 2 – 15 Box Jumps (24”)-unbroken 40 sec (step downs)
Min 3 – 5 Bar Muscle Ups-mixed up. Had mid way 5 unbroken but that was not a good idea :P- time range 15 to 40 seconds
Min 4 – Stretch
