The snatches have to alternate each rep.
The lunges and thrusters can be done in any combination of left and right.
Men – I wouldn’t recommend anything more than 45#. Ladies – 35 would be the most. There’s no Rx, so don’t let your ego get in the way. You should be able to keep moving throughout the WOD.

Tested today’s WOD with Kevin on Monday, it was…terri…I mean terrific. Yes. Lets go with that word. I can’t wait to do whatever it is Castro is planning for the open dumbbell WOD (blank stare face followed by excessive swearing under breath). WOD at 35# was 16 something I think?

I did OG today intending to do some Ruck stuff( I was going to make it up as I went)
I did a bunch of bear crawls and some sand bag lunges.. I decided to do the wod 20#
