    WOD (115#):

    Used 135# on the first deadlfits and two cleans. Then finished round 1 with 125#. The rest of the WOD was with 115#. That workout was both mentally and physically tough!

    The 1st round was the worst, and I had thoughts early on that I may not be able to finish in time. This one was brutal, but a real sense of accomplishment when done ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I felt the same way after the first round. For some reason, my rounds got faster.

    I have to go with Heidi on this one too, didn’t think I was going to be able to finish it, especially as Rx, but a real sense of accomplishment once all done… plus like Pat… a few battle wounds – huge bruise on my sternum, I think at one point it even adjusted my ribs all the way to my back, which hurts right now a bit… and two huge bruises on my quads… the right one, pretty much goes from the hip to the knee. NO FUN!!!! Glad I did it, and I was getting a better hang of it by the end. Thanks for the encouragement at the end 415 crew ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Oh and Kevin, I might still hate you tomorrow !!!!

    I hit 165 before but pulled with my arms like a newb. Got it done right for the first time tonight.

    WOD: DT @130

    Didn’t think I was going to get this done after round 1. Tough tough WOD.

    11:58 (old time was 16:46)

    Very happy with results today. I know under 10min can be done.

    Then followed up with some weighted pullups.

    WOD DT @ 65# I did not feel my forearms after 1rst round and they swelled up like crazy! Ended saying the stupid c word after 3 rounds, but pushed through and finished in 17:48 10 burpees.

    Great job on this workout everyone! I apologize for my potty mouth to the guys who had to witness it…
