Here’s a ‘quick’ burner wod that may leave your legs a little wobbly. Get those runs done as fast as you can so you have more time on the KBS. These are overhead swings, so use your hips to throw the weight. Pick a KB that you can move for the duration of the minute. Grip will be a factor, so choose wisely.
