    First round of DU I got a PR of 42 in a row. The 2nd round, however, was a disaster! Lost a lot of time there. Could/should of used a 25# plate for the weighted burpees.

    Great to see so many people braving the cold to warm up at the gym!

    fun saturday Wod.. really happy the way the DU are coming along.. got a PR of 10 to start off the second round! 🙂 took the pressure off trying to finish before the cap!
