    Shoulder press with KB x5 each arm, 20#-25#
    Crossover symmetry
    Floor press 10×3 sets @55#
    Farmers carries
    4x20m 60# each arm with 5 dips after each length
    Alternating Tabata hollow holds and supermans
    1 mile run with Baukje and Kevin!

    Feels good to be back!

    Much needed hip mobility

    1RM Push Press
    35 bar WU (focusing on bracing)
    45# x 5
    55# x 5
    70# x 3 (new 3RM)
    75# x 1 (PR)
    80# failed twice

    Vanessa: “Want to go for a run?”
    Me: “ok”
    Starting the run. Me: “how far are we going?”
    Vanessa: *laughs* “one mile”

    So, I ran 1 mile with Vanessa and Kevin. Was a good run 🙂

    Group WU (2 line sprints + 20 burpees) yay

    WOD: “Double WOD”
    AMRAP in 6 min
    5 T2B (knee raises)
    10 WB (10#/ 10′)
    20 DU

    Then…
    30 T2B (knee raises)
    60 WB (10#/ 10′ – I struggled with these… not sure why)
    120 DU (did them all! Had to do single skips in-between each DU, but I did all 120!!!)

    Very nervous to do this, since i have not done any running since my surgey…..no Knee issues….Yay!
