    Gradually getting back to heavier stuff but had to use some self control with all the “big boys” at the Nooner today.

    I tried to just go slow so I didn’t get winded as I’m still a bit sick and as it turns out that is something I should try doing more often, that’s not a bad score….I’m confused about it.

      1. Well I took my time. And rounded up my weight to RX. And still ended up with 30 cleans. Feels like I should have had less! I’ll try not giving a shit on Friday night and see how that works out for me 🙂
