    I really tried to make the right “connections” in this stubborn head of mine Kevin, I did over 1/2 the rounds that way and got to 20 reps….
    Then switched over to ugly DU’s and tripled in less than 1/2 the time….
    I thought it was a good compromise!!

    Started out strong with 32, then fatigue was setting in pretty quick.
    Tried to focus on being more upright and not bending my knees so much. Still needs more work, but getting there.

    Really happy with this score. Sorry Evan for biting yor head off because you hit my rope a few times. Laura was writing my reps down for me and she told me that I acted like a mad woman tonight so a friendly remember to me to simmer down a bit!!!! lol!!!!!

    1. Ooooooh, those 2 pounds make a huge difference with shoulder press. So really, you failed 102, not 100!
