  7. Jeanette - In France

    Yup! I’m having LOADS of fun in France. Either my sister will come back with me, or I’ll be moving to Paris, haha! Although I think I just took about 5yrs off my life and undid about 6months of hard CF work… wine + delicious food + the Paris nightlife is killer on the old body. I’m already down 4pounds. But oh well, VIVE LA FRANCE!!!

    I made it to the gym today though. Working my way back slllooowwwly…

    Mobility Stuff

    2 Rounds of:
    10 OHS, with dowel
    5 Deadhang Pull-Ups (cause there’s no where to kip)
    5 Knees-to-Elbows
    10 Push-Ups

    1 set of:
    10 Bar Dips

    And I taught my sis the Deadlift, Hang Power Clean, and Push-Press in preparation for ‘DT’ tomorrow.

    Then we did this 60min pilates/yoga class.

    Everything was harder than it should have been, but it felt really good to sweat and stretch.

    Crepes and wine for supper tonight followed by another party. Did I mention I love France 🙂

  9. So I couldn’t find any bar that I could do pull-ups on in the neighborhood’s parks.

    So here is what I did:

    500m run
    50 box jumps (about 19 inches)
    500m run
    75 lunges
    500m run
    100 squat

    Time: 11:09

  10. deck WOD:
    spades – squats
    hearts – burpees
    diamonds – pull ups
    clubs – sit ups (straight leg)
    jokers – 200 skips

    time- 29:34

    back and hip feeling quite wonderful post-chiro apt! i’m hoping to be back in running and box jumping form soon if this keeps up – YAY!
