    Oh, I may do it anyway.

    And, what’s the woman’s weight for the OHS? 65pounds? Those should be fun.

  2. Pierre – you can sub OHS with push press if it doesn’t bother your ankle.

    Jeanette – we just did Annie 10 days ago. You just don’t want to do this one because it’s hard! 65# is women’s weight.

  3. No, it’s not that I don’t want to do OHS. I want to and WILL do both!! I didn’t do Annie 10 days ago. I might try it with backward double-unders… just for fun.

    Isn’t that interesting? I didn’t even mean to break it up like that. Writs were definitely the limiting factor.

    Didn’t bother with Annie. Maybe that’s what I’ll do tomorrow before OCC.

  6. Tried 95# to start…wasn’t happening! Dropped down to 75#.

    10,12,18,19,11,5 (6 sets)

    Should have been able to do it in 5 sets. And for some reason, my numbers kept going up.

  7. Did 75 reps in 6 sets of 10. 10. 15. 15. 15, 10.
    Can’t move my left arm and legs hurt a lot but great workout.
