Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
60 Mountain Climbers
15 L-Pull-ups
15 Good Mornings

  1. hey guys….back early before the storm! Will try to make it tonight. We host a neighborhood kids New Year’s, complete with a countdown (albeit much earlier than midnight)…so likely wouldnt make it…

    15 L-sits (sub 15 pull-ups & 15 sec L-sit)
    15 Back Ext 15#

    5 Rounds +60MC+15 pull-ups +15sec L-sit
    Really good w/o. I’d do this again…have to work on the L-sits

  3. Felt like poo tonight. Rough day at school combined with my wrist (hurt it last night doing split jerks) made for an unmotivated evening. I wanted a PR in something heavy, so I went with back squats.

    10X45# to warm up

  4. Here is my results:

    6 rounds + 18 Mtn cimbers!

    Ouff the drive was hard to Quebec City.
    It was snowing bad from Moncton to Fredericton.
    After that from Fredericton to Edmunston, it was black ice all the way.
    And fron Edmunston to Quebec…was good but at that point I was really tired.
    So MC drove for an hour or so…

    And I finally arrived in Quebec city at 4:15AM.
    And I had to wake up at 7:45AM… 😀
