  1. This is one of the events from the 2008 CrossFit Games. I did it during the summer, but I scaled the weight down. Can’t remember my time, but it was close to 9min.

  2. Phew!!! It’s not 1000 SDHPs for time! I was having anxiety attacks about that.

You can do 275, Pierre. Or, at the very least you can do 195 pounds, that’s 10 pounds more than the women’s weight 😉

Can’t wait to see how this will compare to the “Freddy’s Revenge.”

  3. CFWU x 3 minus pushups

    strength: OHS 3-3-3-3-3
    35 – 45 – 55 – 65 – 75
i had to dump the weight after first 75# rep but then tried again and succeeded – were a bit shallow though – last time i OHS it was 5 reps and my max was 50 – so very happy with jeanette pushing me on! Thanks!

  6. No need to brag. Your reaction upon hearing my time was all I needed. But, you did well too Kevin… for a boy 😉 We both know I won this round, but you got me on the kiss-eating contest. What d’ya say, best 2 out of 3?
