    little upset they didn’t give Kalista’s weight or time though – she’s a rocket! half my age and twice as strong – i’ve got some work to do 😉

  2. Sucky sucky! My shoulders are completely burnt now.

    Used 135#. Mainly used push jerks, and ended with split jerks. Should have done splits all along.
