On the minute, every minute, complete the following…

1 Deadlift (275/185#) + 1 Burpee
1 Deadlift + 2 burpees
1 Deadlift + 3 burpees

Continue adding 1 burpee each round until you can not longer complete the work in the one minute round.

    Kinda sprained my wrist while bringing a bar down from the rack with Kevin!
    So Kevin modified the WOD for me….thanks buddy!

    1 min –> 1 back squat (135#) + 1 v-snap
    2 min –> 1 back squat (135#) + 2 v-snap
    ….

    Got to 20 rds (time was up)!

    Now I am pissed about my wrist!!!!!
