Worst performance on this WOD ever. Burpees were quick and it was going well but as soon as I hit the gassy rounds, I crashed quick because I just couldn’t catch my breath with the mask on. The mask definitely impacts my ability to push really hard on these WODs (and I think my cardio is suffering a bit as a result).
