    1. Last year I was 13R + 10 burpees (Just like Frankie 🙂 ) which goes to show what an impact doing burpees for 10 min a couple times a week can have!

    Still can’t do deadlift due to back injury. Did a shit ton of mobility stuff instead.

    WOD:
    Subbed deadlifts for strict pull ups
    Completed the round of 15 with lots of energy left in the tank, but I stopped as those burpees were getting little sloppy and my back didn’t like that.

    I set my goal at 10 rounds.. I was a little upset with myself for not making 11, I felt I gave up, and was disappointed.. I WILL do better next time!
