Well, that was not one of my best WOD’s. My cardio is really suffering these days. So slow π Now that all the junk food is out of the house, I am hoping that improves.
Notes for improvement for next time this comes up: I really need to work on stringing my pull ups together again, I lost a lot of time doing them 1 at a time. Also, I spent a lot of time staring at the bar before starting my DL after the row. Oh, and box jumps painfully slow too. I jumped them up, bu stepped them all down, so that was a time suck. And finally, the last set up push ups….just GRRR!
