Note: Butterfly sit ups are REALLY hard 😐

I tied my all-time PR for Annie from a few years ago, and I went up a level.. but sandbagged on my last couple reps as I didn’t realize there was another level to get at 7:45 and was just trying to get under 8:00. That was dumb of me, lesson learned. 🙁
