    Previous deadlift 1RM was 265# so pretty sure today was a 3 rep PR.

    1. And you weren’t going to sign up for the open…. pffft…. I recall you slamming through those 185# deadlifts last year like there were no weights on your bar. I’d be awfully disappointed if heavy deadlifts came up again this year and you weren’t there to do them!!

  18. Supposed to be a rest day, so came in and did the Iron Scap in the morning.

    Then I came into the gym for a meeting and stuck around for the 6pm class. I decided to only go to 70% for the deadlifts. But they felt really good tonight. And I left with a PR. Weird.
