Today, we get to re-test our max deadlift from June 2. Let’s see what the last few weeks did for you.

  1. Taking the week off. Hoping to be able to walk normally by tomorrow 🙁 everyone did such an amazing job yesterday and I feel very fortunate to have been a part of it. CFM rocks as usual. Thanks Kevin and Jo for such a great experience!

      1. I don’t know – mine are listed here at $60.. +$25 that’s still only $85 and I can’t actually buy them anywhere and when I did buy them they were $160. I’m going to order them I think.

    Note – the WOD didnt feel as shitty this time, so trying to blaze through the KBS might just be a good way to shave off some seconds. Burpees could use a little more speed too in the 15s…
