    Tried Purple 111 and was 7 shoulder presses short at cap, i think i could do it with a plan on when to break up the presses

    Glad I leveled this in August 🙂

    I didn’t push it too far because of the thigh, but I was able to lift more this week than last week, by 20lbs.
    So the thigh is getting better.
