   I’m so happy I was able to make it over to the Beatdown today. All our members are amazing..such hard work and dedication. I was so proud!

   What an awesome day! Glad I could be there to witness and cheer, sad I missed the Snatch ladder, but my bed was just too comfy this am 🙂 I’m hoping someone has coach K’s BW snatch on video!

   One highlight of my day: Coach Kevin being judged, and doing one more rep even if his judge had said he was done his Double Unders. No rep-ing the judge, HA This says it all… I Love being part of CFM! 🙂

    Awesome work over the weekend everybody. Thanks for all the support from everyone who was there. Big congrats to everybody who competed. Got too watch alot of great competitors and see where i need to work on some skills. Lol. All in all a great weekend.
