CFWU X 3, its starting to get easier, can almost do the elbows to knees right now.
Strength – Deadlifts, forgot my book in the car, but my last 2 sets were at 135 which is a PR.
WOD was at 65 lbs. for 9 rounds. Didn’t feel good after, but very happy that i pushed myself that hard
