    KBS (1pood)

    Time: 5:19 min…Last time back in May my time was 7:14 min. Almost 2 min…I am so pump!!

  8. Sorry to the 6:30 crew…
    I forgot to put my weights away. I was pretty dizzy after that WOD!!! …and it’s not the only thing I forgot. Left the building but forgot my bag… Left again but forgot my book… Out again but had to go in a third time cause I forgot my hat. Thankfully I made it home safely!

    The presses were so short, that it felt that you were always running! Great push 5:30 crew!

    We had good rounds at the 6:30 crew too…good job guys!

  14. CFWU X 3, its starting to get easier, can almost do the elbows to knees right now.
    Strength – Deadlifts, forgot my book in the car, but my last 2 sets were at 135 which is a PR.
    WOD was at 65 lbs. for 9 rounds. Didn’t feel good after, but very happy that i pushed myself that hard
