    WOD – sub HSPUs with 20 Pushups
    In 45 mins I got to 7 Situps.

    Heck of a WOD for a Saturday! Loved it. Not something I want to do every day however.

    Screw up with the mountain climbers at the beginning slowed me down. Did 160 of them before I figured out I was counting wrong. Still a great workout!!

    21 of 70 lunges, nice WOD, was a bit thrown off on the start as I thought it was a partner WOD! Lol much to my dismay.. I figured out quickly that I was on my own!! Lol suffered through singles and it was good after that!!

    1. LOL…cut and paste much? Pretty sure you counted your Mountain Climbers properly, did KBS at 53# and I didn’t see any blood blisters on your delicate hands. 😉

      1. Naw I did all that stuff to, would have been able to complete this in allotted time otherwise!! Lol.. And my hands heal very fast, it’s the hand cream I use.. I’ll give you a sample or two in punta Cana next week!! Lmao

    At 39min: I was like please extend the time cap cause I really wanna finish this now!!! Hello of work out and I’d like to try it again in 3-4 months to see if I can improve. I am very poor at the KBS lately, I keep giving up! and my pullups are weak. I was very dizzy and was unable to lift my arms for a sold hour afterwards!!

    This WOD had a first for a lot of things:
    First time doing a large amount of DU, pull-ups and consecutive sit-ups.
