    WOD: with 45# + 20″ Box
    ~ Was feeling very weak and shakey by the second round… so had to dig really deep to finish; wheezing my way through to the end. Last round was slow and did step instead of jumps on the box.
    Time –> 11:43
    Felt like crap, but I finished! šŸ™‚
