The gym will be open at 9am for those that would like to work on technique and to warm-up. The workout will begin at 10am sharp!

    None for me on the Total though 🙁

    Squat – 235
    Press – 105
    Deadlift – 315
    Total – 655 (65#’s short of my PR)

    However, I stayed after and did some snatches. Made a 25# jump on my PR.

    Snatch – 45,95,115,120,125,130 (that last one was hard)

    Back Squat – 85lbs (too light, now I know and next time I’ll start with 100lbs)
    Shoulder Press – 75lbs
    Dead Lift – 140lbs (PR)

  3. I don’t have the details of my CFtotal with me right now.

    Squat: ….
    Press: 110
    Deadlift: 225

    Total: 520

    I stayed a few minutes after and did my max pull-ups on the bar.

    Reached 24 I think…now I need to heal those callouses!!

  4. I posted this somewhere, but not here I guess. Totals were squat 70, press 50, deadlift 75. All 3 were PR’s for me. Great day.
