  1. Balls! I just said to Marc on Thursday how I really wanted to do CFT soon. I can’t go today either because I have to write an exam from 9-12! Have fun everyone!

    I have mixed feeling about the CFT results today after 1 week off.
    My Shouler press was no suprise. Satisfied.
    My back Squat started very bad. Should have done a few warm up reps. felt great on the last one.
    My Dealift felt very light. Could have done way more and very happy 😀

    Back Squat -> 115-120-125(PR) Was at 120 for a year & a bit. 🙂
    Deadlift -> 150-170-175(PR)

    Total -> 370 (Up from 355) 😀 Very happy about this! Great job today everyone!

    Back Squat 255 lbs
    Deadlift 350 lbs matched PR
