    Haven’t tested numbers in a while so
    I’ll have an idea of what I’m working with now.

    Press worked up to 115(5# PR) and should of went higher
    Squats worked up to 225, tried 250 and failed. My old PR was 260, I did it once. Last year I was 240, so I’m happy enough with that
    Deadlift worked up to 255 for 1
    Old PR was 265, but haven’t deadlifted over 225 in the last 6 months.

    Overall I’m pleased
