    No PR’s for me but I have not lifted anything heavy in a very long time so had no idea where my max weights were sitting.

    Shoulder Press 115-135-140F (Failed attempt to match my 140# PR)

    Deadlift 305-375PR-380F (15#) Screwed up, but in a good way 2nd lift was supposed to be 255# — not much wonder it felt heavy!

    Total = 805 (PR by 40#)

    Strength programming is working Kevin, my back squat & deadlift numbers had not moved in years!

    What an exciting morning at the gym! I love the atmosphere, determination and encouragement! I can’t wait for the Opens now!
    I finished off the day with a 12 mile ruck with Miss Joanna for a crazy time of 2 hour and 50 minutes!
