Did you know we have a CrossFit Kids program? We hold classes every Sunday at 12:15pm. While the workouts and games are different every time, there is one thing that’s always the same – FUN! Email kids(at)crossfitmoncton.com for more info.

  2. Thank you Patrick for putting such a great video together and capturing what it’s all about “FUN”. A few years ago Kevin was doing an interview for the Crossfit Moncton Newsletter and asked me if there was something that I would love to do at Crossfit, my response was to have a kids program, and without any hesitation, he responded with “Make it happen”. Within 3 months we were both on a plane together, heading to Ontario for the Kids Certification. Now fast forward to today and I have to say that words cannot describe the satisfaction that this kids program brings to me every week, to see them smile, laugh, and always asking for more. Thank you Kevin and Joanna for giving me the opportunity to coach and thank you to all the members who support this program. Your feedback and positive comments mean so much to me. Thank you Blake for coming on board and taking this to a higher level.

    1. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to contribute to this very rewarding program. Ron has built something very special here and I am excited to join the team.
      The kids are learning deadlifts, squats and presses and having a blast doing it! It will be awesome to see these kids as they grow and make fun & fitness a part of their lives!

  35. Great video Patrick – reminds me of when I was young and played on the jungle gym – so fun to watch the kids having fun.

    Ron and Blake – you guys are so great with the kids! You put together a great program with fun in mind and learning so many things at the same time (team work, pushing your limits, etc…) Love it 🙂
